Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- Oatmeal: 1/2 cup
- Note: old fashioned rolled oats work best
- Non-Dairy Milk of Choice: 1/2 cup
- Blueberries: 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon: ¼ tsp
- Flaxseeds: 1 tsp
- Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional): 2 tsp
Steps:
- Measure out dry oatmeal into a sealable container
- To the oats, add the non-dairy milk
- Add the cinnamon, flaxseeds, and blueberries
- If you would like it sweetened, add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey before mixing all ingredients together
- Seal the container with lid and put in the fridge overnight
- Add a splash of milk in the morning and enjoy
