What this role entails
Organizing and directing the Comms & Marketing team’s efforts to ensure that desired goals are met
Oversee and grow Lighter Foodprint’s social media presence, consistently identifying new partnerships and growth opportunities
Collaborate and meet with other team leads to ensure that the Comms & Marketing team is aligned with Lighter Foodprint’s overall goals
Help strategize the success and growth of Lighter Foodprint as a whole

Digital Marketing Manager
What this role entails
Strategize and organize marketing initiatives to grow Lighter Foodprint’s overall brand identity and social media presence
Plan and brainstorm social media content consistent with the goals of the Comms & Marketing Team
Collaborate and lead marketing campaigns with restaurant partners
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
Work with the Data team to analyze how the efficacy of the Comms & Marketing Team can be improved

Interest in managing social media
Comfortable managing and staying up-to-date on multiple projects at a time
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

Content Strategist
What this role entails
Work with Digital Marketing Manager to plan and create content to be used across different platforms
Distribute content timely across our different channels (eg. website, newsletter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) in coordination with ad hoc updates
Collaborate and lead marketing campaigns with restaurant partners
Stay up-to-date with innovation in the food sustainability space
Who you are
Comfortable working in team settings
Strong, independent research abilities with a good sense of creative direction
Excellent communicator who can explain complicated topics in a simple manner through written and visual designs
Bonus if you are
Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Canva
Experienced in marketing, branding, SEO, and data analysis

Community Engagement Manager
What this role entails
Supervising and coordinating community events, activities, and initiatives
Finding events and opportunities for Lighter Foodprint to be a part of
Provides leadership and support to the Communications Specialists team
Develops and maintains effective relationships with like-minded people/organizations in the sustainability space
Stay up-to-date with innovation in the food sustainability space

What this role entails
Define the product strategy and roadmap from ideation to execution to sustaining
Establish and manage relationships with external third-party collaborators
Make data-informed decisions with our internal data analytics and market research team
Support data analytics and market research team to define their research question and scope of the study
